1. Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or any areas subject to carrier or regulatory restrictions.

2. Processing Your Order

Once your order is placed, we aim to have it picked, packed and handed to our courier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods such as seasonal sales or promotional events, processing may take a little longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend required.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Here's a clear overview of what to expect from the moment you place your order:

  • Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 5–12 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 6–15 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please keep in mind that these are estimates. Occasional delays caused by carrier issues or adverse weather conditions can occur and are outside our control.

5. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, an inaccessible location, or repeated missed deliveries, your parcel may be returned to us. In that case, we'll reach out to arrange a redelivery. Please be aware that additional shipping costs may apply in these situations.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@maya-fashion.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue for you promptly — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
