At Maya Fashion, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Our Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. After this period, unfortunately we are no longer able to accept return requests.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it — complete with all original tags still attached and returned in its original packaging. Please also have your proof of purchase ready when you get in touch.

How to Request a Return

To get the process started, send us an email at support@maya-fashion.com before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we'll send you clear instructions on where and how to return your item. Please do not send items back without first hearing from us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of return shipping in full — or offer a complete refund without requiring the item to be sent back, depending on the situation.

If you are returning an item because you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply prefer something different, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, just drop us a message and we'll help you figure it out.

Checking Your Order

We ask that you inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us straight away so we can assess the situation and put it right without delay.

Items We Cannot Accept Back

Most items in our collection are fully returnable within the 30-day window. However, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item can be returned, feel free to contact us before sending anything.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and, once the return is confirmed, place a new order separately.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@maya-fashion.com. If your order hasn't been processed or dispatched yet, we'll do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible at that stage — please refer to our 30-day return policy above, or exercise your statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the item is in your hands.

Your Rights Under UK Law

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
As a UK customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to explain yourself. To do so, simply notify us within that 14-day window at support@maya-fashion.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. It must be unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. This right applies to all items, including those bought in a sale.

Consumer Rights Act 2015
Every item we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its intended purpose, and accurately described. If your purchase doesn't meet these standards:

• Within 30 days of purchase — you are entitled to a full refund.
• Between 30 days and 6 months — we will first attempt a repair or replacement. If that's not possible, a full refund will be provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the amount in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@maya-fashion.com and we'll look into it immediately.
